Zucchini Corn Skillet

List of Ingredients

2-3 small zucchini or crookneck squash
2 or 3 green chiles or jalapeños
1 pkg chipped beef (sliced smoked sausage works too)
1 medium chopped onion
1-2 cups whole kernel corn
butter or margarine as needed



Recipe

Slice zucchinis, chop peppers & chipped beef. Melt butter in skillet, combine all ingredients and saute until vegetables are tender.
