    Lemon Cream Sauce with Pine Nuts

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2 tbsp. finely minced parsley
    2 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    3 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
    black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Heat cream over very low heat. Add lemon peel & parsley.

    Cook pasta & drain it; toss with butter & parmesan. Pour cream sauce over pasta & toss again. Sprinle with pine nuts & pepper and toss once more.

    Use with one pound of homemade fresh pasta or thin noodles such as capellini (angel hair).
