Artichoke and Spinach Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, Basil, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach; blend well.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray; pour in mixture. Top with the mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
