    Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients




    3 packages (8 oz each) whole mushrooms
    1/2 lb crab meat (fake stuff is fine), chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1 cup water
    7 oz. stuffing (blue pkg of Pepperidge Farm)
    1 stick butter

    Recipe



    Clean and stem mushrooms. Chop stems and brown with onion & garlic. Add crabmeat and cook until tender. Add cream cheese until melted.

    Boil 1 cup water and then add butter and stuffing; mix till moist. Add stuffing to crabmeat mixture.

    Stuff mushroom caps. Brown for 15 mins. on cookie sheets in preheated 350* oven
