Bacon and Egg Casserole

1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups croutons, onion and garlic
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups plain croutons
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbledRecipe
Coat a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Place all crouton in casserole and pour butter over them. Sprinkle cheese over all.
Mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over cheese. Sprinkle bacon over top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
