Spinach Quiche

List of Ingredients
1 cup cooked spinach (1 block of frozen spinach cooked = 1 cup) (squeeze excess liquid out)
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tablespoons of Oleo
1 cup light cream or milk (I used regular cream)
1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese (I used 2 cups of Swiss because that's how the package came and I didn't want 1/2 cup of cheese sitting around.)
3 Tablespoons of flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of chicken flavor bullion gravul (I didn't use this. When I have used the bullion in the past - it just made it salty and brown.)
1/8 teaspoon of nutmegRecipe
Mix cheese with cooked diced onion in small sauce pan.
In medium bowl beat together eggs and nutmeg
Toss cheese in flour add to egg mixture with all other ingredients.
Pour in pie shell and bake 30 min. (It took 45 min here.) at 400 degrees
Let stand 10 min before serving
