5 cups Ore-Ida Country style hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup 98% ff
1 can cheese soup
chopped onion - to your taste - optional
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound beef or turkey
Recipe
Fry up beef/turkey - drain - add soups to beef.
In a 9x13 pan spay with pam, put 2 cups of hashbrowns in bottom of pan, then pour hamburger/soup mixture and onion on top, then top with remaining 3 cups hashbrowns.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, then broil for another 10 to brown hashbrowns on top.
