You can also use Brach's stars (hershey kisses will work if you can't find the stars) and press the stars (or kisses) into the middle of the balls and bake.



List of Ingredients




1 cup peanut butter, chunky
1 cup white sugar
1 egg

Recipe



Mix together well. Roll into 1" balls. Flatten on ungreased cookie sheet. Use tines of fork to make cross-hatch lines. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 F. Let sit on the cookie sheet a few minutes to firm, then remove to a rack to cool.
