3 1/2 pounds sirloin tip roast, trimmed
12 ounces Giardiniera, drained
12 ounces perpperoncini, drained
1 envelope Zesty Italian dressing mix
10 ounces beef brothRecipe
Combine all ingredients in crockpot (may put beef in frozen). Cook for 18 hours on low (not a typo, really 18 hours).
