    32 marshmellows (1 pkg)
    1 cup milk
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 lb vanilla wafers, crushed

    Recipe



    Put marshmellows and milk in top of double boiler, until marshmellows are melted. Let cool (about 20 to 25 minutes). Whip cream until it forms a peak (stop beating often and lift beaters to check if a peak forms). Add pineapple and whipped cream to marshmellows. Mix all together and pour in 9x13-inch pan lined with crushed wafer crumbs (reserve some for topping). Sprinkle with remaining wafer crumbs. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
