    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 c all prupose flour
    3/4 c quick old-fashioned oats
    1/2 c packed brown sugar
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    2/3 c butter, melted
    4 eggs
    2 (15 oz each) cans solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
    2 (14 oz each) cans sweetened condensed milk
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    For crust: Combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Add pecans to flour mixture. Add melted butter and mix well. Press miture into bottom of bar pan. Bake 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, lightly beat eggs. Add pumpkin, milk, spices and salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 30-35 minutes or until filling is set and toothpick comes out clean. Cool at room temperature.

    Garnish with whipped topping, pecans and/or cinnamon after cut into squares, if desired.

    Store in refrigerator after cooled to room temperature. Can be served cold.
