1 pint fresh raspberries or 1 bag (16 oz) frozen raspberries
1/4 cup sugarRecipe
In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and sugar; cook over low heat about 5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the mixture to a blender, cover, and blend on high speed until smooth.
If you want an extra smooth sauce, press the mixture through a fine sieve with a wooden spoon to remove the seeds. Refrigerate the sauce until cold.
