List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 cup Romano cheese, freshly grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp Lawry's season salt
- 1 tsp basil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands; shape into 24 balls.
- Brown in pan, making sure to keep a thin layer of water on the bottom of the pan at all times to keep from burning.
- Place meatballs in spaghetti sauce to finish cooking, about 1 hour over low heat.
