    4 lb pot roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup instant minced onion
    2 tbsp instant beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    8 small potatoes
    8 medium carrots
    2 tbsp water

    Recipe



    Place foil, 30x18-inches, in ungreased cake pan. Place beef in pan. Mix soup, minced onion, beef bouillon and onion powder; spread over beef. Add veggies; sprinkle with water.

    Fold foil over and seal. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Skim fat from gravy; serve gravy with beef.
