Meatballs in Cabbage

Mix ground beef with:
eggs
oatmeal
garlic, ginger, parsley, oregano,
basil, parsley, lemon juice, S&P
Sauce: Mix tomato paste (concentrate) with water to thin it a little. Add basil, lemon, garlic, dry red wine (according to taste)Recipe
Take a whole cabbage and separate the leaves. Dip them in boiling water to soften.
Roll the meat into balls and wrap in the cabbage.
Put a bit of sauce in a pot carefully pile the cabbage rolls into the pot. Cover with the rest of the sauce.
Cook on medium heat until the cabbage is soft and the meatballs are cooked.
