2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (or mix of 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 ground pork)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup Romano cheese, freshly grated
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
1 teaspoon basilRecipe
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands; shape into 24 balls.
Brown in pan, making sure to keep a thin layer of water on the bottom of the pan at all times to keep from burning.
Place meatballs in spaghetti sauce to finish cooking, about 1 hour over low heat.
