    Chicken Fajita Skillet Supper

    3 oz (1 1/2 cups) uncooked thin corkscrew pasta or pasta twists
    2 tbsp butter
    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    3 tbsp fajita seasoning mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.

    Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet melt butter until sizzling; add chicken strips and onion. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (5 to 6 minutes). Add seasoning mix; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until well coated (2 to 3 minutes).

    Add water and peppers. Cover; continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink and flavors are blended (5 to 6 minutes). Stir in hot cooked pasta and sour cream.
