Grilled Chicken Strips w/ Avocado Pasta

Chicken:
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 5x1-inch strips
Pasta:
1 (7-ounce) pkg uncooked vermicelli
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp lemon juiceRecipe
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
In small bowl stir together butter, honey, soy sauce, chili powder and salt. Add 2 tbsp honey butter mixture to chicken strips; toss to coat well. Reserve remaining honey butter mixture.
Thread chicken strips on skewers. Place kabobs on grill. Grill, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink. (8 to 10 minutes). Remove from grill. Cover; keep warm.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
In large bowl combine hot cooked pasta, sour cream and cilantro; toss to coat. Add reserved honey butter mixture, avocado and lemon juice; mix lightly.
To serve, place pasta on serving plate; top with kabobs.
