    Rosemary Chicken on Creamy Pasta

    Chicken:
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp fresh or 1 tsp dried rosemary
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp finely chopped fresh garlic
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    Pasta:
    8 oz uncooked dried angel hair pasta
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp milk
    2 tsp chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
    1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    2 tbsp diced pimientos

    Recipe



    In resealable plastic food bag combine olive oil, rosemary (for chicken), lemon juice and garlic. Add chicken breasts. Tightly seal bag. Turn bag several times to coat chicken well. Place in a 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.

    Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade, until chicken is no longer pink (15 to 17 minutes).

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

    In small bowl combine sour cream, milk rosemary (for pasta), mustard and garlic salt.

    In large bowl combine cooked pasta, 1/3 cup sour cream mixture and pimientos; toss to coat evenly.

    To serve, place pasta mixture on serving plate; top with grilled chicken. Spoon remaining sour cream over chicken.
