Rotel Fiesta Chicken

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 (10-ounce) cans Mexican Festival Rotel, undrained
4 green onions, sliced
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine first three ingredients; roll chicken in flour mixture. Brown chicken in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rotel and next two ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve chicken mixture over yellow rice and top with sour cream and cheese.
