    6 pounds chicken pieces
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings, blending thoroughly. Coat chicken pieces with sour cream mixture; chill covered overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Remove chicken from sour cream mixture, allowing as much as possible to adhere to chicken pieces. Roll gently in bread crumbs and arrange in a single layer in 2 large buttered baking dishes.

    Drizzle melted butter over and bake for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
