    1. Spread a 10-inch flour tortilla with 1 tbsp low-fat ranch salad dressing. Add 1 cup torn romaine lettuce and 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast strips. Top with 1/4 cup green bell pepper and/or carrot strips, or sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese. Wrap and enjoy.
    2. Variations:

      South-of-the-border Wrap: Spread a 10-inch flour tortilla with 1/2 cup refried beans and sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar or mozzerella cheese and 3 tbsp chopped green bell pepper. Roll up the tortilla and heat in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds or just until the cheese melts.
    3. Breakfast Wrap: Spoon 2 scrambled eggs onto a warm, 10-inch flour tortilla and top with 1 tbsp salsa and 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tortilla.
