Garlic Fried Potatoes with a twist!

5 large potatoes about 2 lbs
1/2 head garlic, peeled and crushed (I buy the chopped garlic in the jar in olive oil and use a couple of Tbsp of that, much faster!)
4 Tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves (I can't seem to find the leaves so I use crushed corriander and cut it to only 1/4 tsp.)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne (I use about 1 tsp. chilli powder instead)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon
Veg. oil for fryingRecipe
Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Fry potatoes until they begin to brown, then drain on paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients except butter and lemon. Melt butter in large frying pan and add spice mixture to pan. Add potatoes and stir fry till potatoes are coated, just a couple of minutes. Sqeeze lemon juice over all and serve hot! The taste of the spices with the lemon on the potatoes is so good!
