List of Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed veggies
1/4 c. butter
1/4 flour
1 14.5 oz can chicken broth
1/4 t onion salt
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
Recipe
Cube and cook chicken breasts. In large pot melt butter; stir in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring all the while - I dumped it all in at once and whisked till the lumps were gone. Add broth and bring to a boile. Add veggies, chicken, onion/salt. Simmer to your desired state of done.
Serve with dumplings.
