Be sure to use a very large pot!!
List of Ingredients
4-8oz Small shape pasta
1lb ground beef
1c chopped onion
1T minced garlic
2 cans (14oz) Italian diced tomatoes (drained)
1 can (14oz) navy or other white beans (drained)
1 can (14oz) kidney beans (drained)
1 can (14oz) garlic, basil and oregano tomato sauce
1 can (11.5oz) V8
2 cans (14oz) beef broth
1T white vinegar
1T parsley flakes
1/2t thyme
1/2t pepper
1t oreganoRecipe
Brown beef in pan. When nearly done add garlic and finish browning.
Add onion and cook 5 more minutes.
Add remaining ingredients (except pasta) and simmer 45 minutes, stirring often.
While simmering, partially cook pasta...you want it al dente.
Stir in pasta and cook 15 minutes.
