Potato Cheese Soup

List of Ingredients
3c chopped potatoes
1c water
1/2c carrot slices
1/4c chopped onion
1t parsley flakes
1/2t salt
1 dash of pepper
1 1/2c milk
2T flour
1/2lb Velveeta, cubed
1 chicken bouillon cube
Recipe
Combine veggies, parsley, salt, pepper, bouillon cube and water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Gradually add milk to flour until blended. Add milk/flour combo to veggies and cook until thickened.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
