    List of Ingredients




    3 egg whites
    15 oz canned pumpkin (plain)
    12 oz skim evaporated milk
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash salt

    Recipe



    Blend all ingrediants until smooth.
    Pour into 9" pie pan
    Bake @ 350 degrees for about 50 minutes

    Serves 6 - 1 point per serving
