1/4t garlic powder,
1/4t salt,
1/4t pepper,
4 BSLS chicken breasts
2T olive oil,
1c chicken broth,
16oz canned navy beans (rinsed and drained)Recipe
combine spices, sprinkle half over chicken
heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Add remaining spice mixture, broth and beans. bring to boil. cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. uncover simmer 10 more minutes or until chicken is done
