1 box Stovetop stuffing
4 boneless chicken breasts (or pork chops)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soupRecipe
Salt and pepper the meat, and cook in skillet. Mix soup and sour cream and pour it over the cooked meat. Place cooked stuffing on top, put the lid on the skillet and let it simmer for about 20 minutes!
**I added 8 oz frozen mixed veggies to the soup mixture. I layered the chicken (diced), then the soup, then the cooked stuffing in a casserole dish and baked it for 30 minutes or so at 350 degrees. Yummy crunchy stuffing on top, moist delicious stuffing underneath. :)
