    1/4 c mayo,
    3/4c Monterey jack cheese,
    2T cilantro,
    3T sour cream,
    1T finely chopped pickled jalapenoes
    1 clove minced garlic,
    6 BLSL chicken breasts

    Recipe



    preheat to broil, combine 3T of mayo, the cheese and the next 4 ingredients stirring well, set aside

    pound hchicken between 2 pieces of saran until 1/4" thick (or get the thin breast fillets LOL)....brush both sides of chicken lightly with remaining 1T of mayo, place on lightly greased pan

    broil 5.5" from heat 5 minutes on each side. Spread cheese mixture evenly over chicken, broil 5 more minutes until browned
