Potted Shrimp

Recipe Introduction
This is the other "Potted" recipe I make every Christmas.
Actually this is my favorite.
List of Ingredients
Work 1 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined, through the finest blade of a food chopper.
Cream 2 sticks (1 cup) butter and stir into the shrimp
with 1 clove of garlic, mashed.
or you could use several fresh tarragon leaves, finely chopped.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
Blend it all together and pack in crocks.

My note. Obviously these recipes were written before we had food processors. I just put it all in the food processor.
Can be served on crackers, fancy breads, veggies, whatever you desire.
