This is my version of Fettuccine Alfredo. I don't recommend that you eat it too often because it is NOT good for you; but it is wonderful.
List of Ingredients
12 oz. fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
dash of garlic salt
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
Stir other ingredients over low heat in a saucepan until cheese is melted.
Combine the sauce and pasta and serve immediately.Recipe
