Cabbage Soup

List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 pound pork shoulder steak,
cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups dry white wine
4 cups beef broth
1 quart water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
Recipe
In a large Dutch oven, heat oil. Add pork and brown on all sides. Add onion and garlic; sauté until transparent. Toss in cabbage and cook until it wilts. Stir in flour; pour in wine and stir until mixture thickens. Add beef broth, water, tomato paste, and paprika; simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Add sausage and cook for 20 minutes.
