2 14-1/2 OUNCE REDUCED-SODIUM FAT-FREE
CHICKEN BROTH.
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
1 FRESH GREEN OR RED JALAPENO CHILE,
SEEDED & MINCED.
16-18 FROZEN PORK, VEG. OR CHICKEN POT STICKERS
1-1/2 CUPS FRESH BABY SPINACH TORN APART (ABOUT 1 OUNCE.)
HOT SESAME CHILI OIL (OPTIONAL)
Recipe
IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, SIMMER CHICKEN BROTH WITH GARLIC & PEPPER OVER LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD FROZEN POT STICKERS & SIMMER AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES. ADD SPINACH AND SIMMER JUST UNTIL WILTED BUT STILL BRIGHT GREEN.
SERVE HOT WITH CHILI OIL ON THE TABLE FOR THOSE WHO PREFER IT.
NOTES: WE LIKE THE HOT CHILI SESAME OIL SO I ALWAYS ADD TO POT WHEN COOKING. JUST A COUPLE OF GOOD SHAKES.
WE ALSO LIKE MORE SPINACH..IN FACT I ADD LOTS BECAUSE IT COOKS DOWN SO MUCH. ALSO, I LIKE TO USE THE CHICKEN POT STICKERS. PANDA IS THE BRAND WE USE..CAN GET LITTLE BAGS AT SAFEWAY OR THE LARGE ONES FROM COSTCO
