Squash Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 cups yellow squash
1 small onion diced
1 shredded carrot
8oz sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 box chicken in a biscuits crackers
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
Cook squash and carrots seasoned with salt and pepper and onion.
Drain; mix the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese and 2/3 of crushed crackers.
Place squash in baking dish. Cover with the soup mix. Top with remaining crackers.
Drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees or until bubbly.
