Pork with Paprika Cream Sauce

This is the favourite meal of my man so far. It smells lovely. I serve it with rice.
List of Ingredients
500-600g chopped pork
vegetable oil
25g butter
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp plain flour
300 ml chicken stock
150 ml double cream
salt and papperRecipe
Heat oil and fry pork. Add paprika, reduce heat and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in flour, cook for a minute, add stock. Simmer for 30 minutes until pork is tender. Pour in cream and serve.
