Chicken in Tarragon

The wine used for this recipe doesn't have to be one "from the top shelf". Whole meal looks beautiful, tarragon smells heavenly:)
List of Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
50g butter
2 tbsp fresh tarragon leaves
150ml white wine
150ml double cream
salt and pepper
Recipe
Melt butter in frying pan, add chicken and saute it for 5 minutes. Remove breasts to a warm dish. Add wine and tarragon to the pan juices and boil until sauce reduces and thickens. Reduce heat and add cream, reheat without boiling, season, put breasts back for another minute and serve.
