- 2.5 oz of ham or smoked Turkey, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- dash of ground black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- Mini Muffin Pan
- Pizza cutter
- Food chopper
- Pam
- Spoon
- Knife
- Cutting board
- small bowl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil(Pam). Finely chop ham and onion with the Food chopper. Place in small bowl with cheese, egg, parsley, mustard and black pepper. Mix well.
- Unroll Crescent rolls and press into a large rectangle. Cut dough into 24 squares with the pizza cutter.
- Press one square of dough into each muffin cup.
- Using a small scoop or spoon, fill each cup with a small scoop of the ham mixture.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the puffs are light golden brown.
