    • 2.5 oz of ham or smoked Turkey, finely chopped
    • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
    • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • dash of ground black pepper
    • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
    • Mini Muffin Pan
    • Pizza cutter
    • Food chopper
    • Pam
    • Spoon
    • Knife
    • Cutting board
    • small bowl


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with vegetable oil(Pam). Finely chop ham and onion with the Food chopper. Place in small bowl with cheese, egg, parsley, mustard and black pepper. Mix well.

    2. Unroll Crescent rolls and press into a large rectangle. Cut dough into 24 squares with the pizza cutter.

    3. Press one square of dough into each muffin cup.
    4. Using a small scoop or spoon, fill each cup with a small scoop of the ham mixture.
    5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the puffs are light golden brown.
