    Jean's Brownies

    My Mom makes the best brownie in the whole wide world! At least we all think so.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup shortening
    • 1/3 cup cocoa
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Mix above ingredients.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20-30 minutes - or until done.


    Final Comments
