    Artichoke Spinach Dip

    List of Ingredients

    What Is In Recipe:
    13 oz. Can of artichokes, drained and diced
    10 oz. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry, finely diced
    1½ cups Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (use this brand, it doesn't separate)
    1¼ cups freshly grated parmesan Cheese
    2½ cups grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
    1 small can mushroom pieces
    3 tablespoons chopped onion
    Pam cooking spray

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spray 1½ quart shallow dish with Pam. Transfer mix to baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes and then turn on the broiler and brown the top of the dip.

    Serve with crackers or bread.
