2 sticks margarine
¼ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup ground almonds
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream margarine with sugar. Add flour, nuts, and vanilla. Roll into half-moon shapes. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake until light brown (about 20-30 minutes). When cooled, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
