1 pound fresh green beans
1-2 (or more) fresh minced garlic cloves
¼ to ½ cup slivered or sliced almonds
Pepper
Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay almonds on an ungreased cookie sheet and put in oven to toast for about 6-8 minutes. Cut off ends of green beans and cut into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in skillet and sautee' garlic and green beans until some of the green beans are bright green or until desired softness. Combine almonds with green beans and stir a couple of minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy!
