Bran Muffins
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. Raisin Bran (15 oz)
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/2-1 cup of raisins
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilkRecipe
Mix all dry ingredients using a VERY LARGE bowl.
Add oil, eggs and buttermilk.
Put dough in covered container in refrigerator.
Bake in muffin tins at 400 for 18 minutes.
Keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator.
