    List of Ingredients




    2 bags spinach
    One pint fresh blueberries
    One cup frozen peas
    One cup shredded high quality Parmesan cheese
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Sherry vinegar
    Kosher salt
    Freshly ground pepper

    Recipe



    1. Wash spinach well. . Pick off the long stems.
    2. Toss with blueberries, peas, and cheese.
    3. Toss well then pour over a generous amount of olive oil, a few dashes of sherry vinegar, salt and pepper
