Roasted red peppers
Carrots
Green stuffed olives
Cheese slices
Celery
Broccoli
Recipe
Place Nacho spread in shallow circular dish and place in center of tray.
Slice red pepper for face.
Make carrot curls by shaving long slices with peeler and rolling up.
Hold with toothpicks and place overnight in ice water. Drain and place around nacho spread "face."
Place olives around carrots.
Cut cheese into triangles and arrange around olives.
Place short celery sticks between cheese triangles. Decorate outside with broccoli flowerettes.
