    Couldn't resist this first time I had it. I usually make it with pound of hamburger or veggie crumbles.

    List of Ingredients






    Bag of tortilla chips
    a box frozen corn
    1 small can kidney beans, drained
    8 oz. shredded cheddar
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 small onion, diced
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 t. cumin
    1 t. oregano
    1/2 t. salt
    1 T. chili powder
    avocado, peeled and sliced
    3-4 garlic cloves minced
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 small bottle Catalina dressing

    Recipe



    Cook corn with garlic according to directions.
    Add spices to onion, beans and tomatoes.
    Put aside small amount of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and all avocado slices for garnish.
    Combine all ingredients except salad dressing at last minute to keep tortilla chips fresh. Toss.
    Add salad dressing just before serving. Toss.
    Garnish with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and avocado.
