    • 1 Qt. milk scalded
    • 4 eggs, beaten
    • 3/4 c sugar
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 c grape-nuts


    Instructions


    1. Mix all of the ingredients together, except Grape-nuts. Pour into casserole dish. Pour the Grape-nuts over the top. DO NOT MIX. Bake at 375 for approx. 1 hour.
