Crusty Parmesan Chicken

1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TBLS chopped parsley
4 TBLS butter
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
Recipe
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Melt butter over medium heat. Dep chicken pieces into butter and roll in crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, on a lightly greased baking pan, arranging pieces so they don't touch. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
**I almost always cook boneless skinless chicken breast. Reduce cooking time if you do. I also love to use Oregano in place of the parsley.
