    Sliced Potatoe Casserole with Red Onions

    Here is a potatoe receipe I concocted last summer. Every time I make it there is not a morsel left!!!

    Thinly slice potatoes (you can use any kind, red are my favorites) Put potatoes in large bowl. Slice onion (red are best, but any will do) & add to bowl. Pour some olive oil, salt, pepper & lots of minced garlic. Toss well & place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 to 450 till they are cooked. usually 1 hour. I toss potatoes a couple of times while they are cooking.

    We had these last night with ham. Hope you enjoy!
