    Lobster Curry Appetizer

    mom sent it
    1/2 c. fresh or canned lobster
    meat
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. sherry wine
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard

    Saute the lobster in the melted fat. Add the seasonings
    and the wine. When very hot, serve on small bread rounds or
    packaged appetizer shells.
